All orders or deposits or full payments of goods imply the purchaser has read and fully agreed to MINERVA'S Terms and Conditions of Sales Agreement specified herein. Sufficient and accurate information and images of merchandise being considered for purchase are provided to the customer. Payment of merchandise by the customer implies the customer recognizes all necessary information and images about the merchandise have been given and received to allow a well-informed buying decision.
WHOLESALE PRICES: Prices listed are in Canadian dollars and are wholesale prices for retail or trade clients only. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include applicable taxes and shipping, or any brokerage fees or duty.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:
First order: $250.00
Subsequent orders: $100.00
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa and Master Card. Credit card orders must have the account number, the account name on the card, along with the mailing address (for credit card verification) and expiration date. Credit card orders are pre-authorized for payment before shipments are packed; credit cards are billed at the time of shipment. Your order will not be processed or packed until the credit card information is received and approved.
SHIPPING: Most items are shipped within (3) three business days from date of order. Orders that require shipment within (1) one business day of order receipt will incur a $20.00 "RUSH" fee. We will do our best to meet your requested date, but it is not guaranteed. Merchandise is shipped at the purchaser's risk.
MINERVA Decor Inc. cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or damage to merchandise of any kind. Most orders will be shipped via Canpar. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
BACKORDERS: Every effort is made to ship orders as quickly and completely as possible, but at times an item must be backordered. As soon as such items become available, we will ship without notice. Backorders less than $50.00 or older than (6) six months will be cancelled. If you have any instructions for backorders, please inform us in writing when order is placed. Cancellation of any backorders must be received in writing within 24 hours of notice sent.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancelled orders already packed are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
DAMAGED RETURNS: Any merchandise with visible damage must be noted upon receipt. Any concealed damage must be reported within three (3) days. No damaged merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization from our office.
